Without news about Katz's fundraising efforts--and even if he's still connected to SPOOZ, this stock will have real trouble moving up.

What makes so confident about the future? Are you not concerned about the complete absence of Katz in that update?

The naked short selling narrative always comes in to play when an issue tanks or the S/P doesnt rise as wanted.

When they start playing the naked short card its a red flag. IMO
