I understand, and every scam penny stock uses it as an excuse. It exists and is very bad, companies have been run out of business because of it was my point.
I am fine holding SPOOZ and adding. Most short term traders made a decision to move on. That's what makes a market.
nwtf I agree with you. I remember a case about 20 years ago. There were hundreds of thousands of posts on Yahoo I think. It turned out that the person running the company that sold yachts sold a lot of unregistered shares making a great profit. He ended up behind bars. If I remember correctly his name was Colin Smith.
