Did you forget the rule changes the Board made a few months ago concerning how the Annual Meeting is to be conducted (as reported by EDGAR)? If I remember right, only relevant business related questions, relevance as determined by Zion Oil management, may be brought up at the Annual Meeting.
A rabble rouser and his comments will be deleted from the record and shown the door.
Not sure because I'm not bothering to look up the old EDGAR filing (I mean what's the point, really?)....
but I do think you said "CHECK" and the Board responded "CHECKMATE".
