When she was about to appoint herself as CEO I posted that she would better serve the Company by announcing that she would take an interim position till someone could be found to fill the spot. We needed a complete change from the old ways of doing things, we didn’t get that. We got the same silent strategy and no excitement way of doing business. We needed and still need change.
