Mazurek got his exposure BUT NO funding/investors--which was KEY to him going public...did manage 200k from PPP for free.

Honest??? Mazurek admitted he lied and embellished and mislead investors. Then he did it again and again.

NEW company doing a R/S doesn't affect them at all..insiders have PFD class that are NOT reversed...enhances their chances to bring in new investors.

COMMON FLOAT reduced, PPS increases

MSMY again either r/s or increase authorized

WHAT do shareholders do for new company coming in = fuc$%%^ all so WHY SHOULD THEY CARE !!
