Honest??? Mazurek admitted he lied and embellished and mislead investors. Then he did it again and again.

NEW company doing a R/S doesn't affect them at all..insiders have PFD class that are NOT reversed...enhances their chances to bring in new investors.

COMMON FLOAT reduced, PPS increases

MSMY again either r/s or increase authorized

WHAT do shareholders do for new company coming in = fuc$%%^ all so WHY SHOULD THEY CARE !!
