IF Eclipse is going back private= MJ play gone?

NEW company investors DONT care about old MSMY bagholders,why would they?

WHAT do old shareholders OFFER new management...fuc$$$ all

1) reduce common, increase pps for new investors
2) new company, nobody cares about eclipse any longer..they gone !
3) maxed authorized.. simple math..common+pfd+debt conversions=maxed

ANY new group needs to raise money...600m++ leaves nothing

Agreed PM. Not all people are crooks like stippick. Some are honest like Mazurek and just wanted to go public for more exposure. After cleaning the msmy shell, things went really well for eclipse till the shortage of supplies happened. Hard to get product to customers when you can’t get the bottles to put it in. Some just don’t get business. Although I’m upset eclipse went silent because their world was coming down, they have made some good decisions to get back on their feet and i believe because they are honest hard working people they will make a big comeback. I truly wish them well. If someone just spent 100k on buying a shell, they would want to cut their own throat with a R/S. That would be pure stupidity and a waste of 100k.
