“He can’t get that kind of funding through this vehicle.”. Why not? Sanchez told us he has a large network of close friends and/or family members.. Undoubtedly they have lots of money and just itching to come aboard. Sanchez will no doubt offer them some Preferred Shares for the Capital he needs and bingo he will get the money!!
