Sanchez has probably hit up family and friends for GQG.

The problem with Sanchez is if he wanted to build a real PubCo he would have used GQG instead of creating two empty shells GQC and Omnis.

AVVH that has hijacked is not a shell any real business would use to go public.

AVVH is just another OTC share selling scheme.
