Our food is a big problem. I agree with you. One of the things we keep a supply of, to help, is apple cider vinegar. Also good and reasonable nutrient supplementation, whole food superfoods, juicing, minimizing processed foods. Occasional fasting is good too.

If people just paid attention to their bodies, a body will help tell us what we need. It doesn't have to be expensive either. It's often cheaper.

cipro is NOT a good one to use........
kills the good bacteria in your brain...
and there's even been reports of early dementia
from our Army boys who were made to take it....
and the negative effects can take 10 years to show
