OTC tickers don't go to "zero" unless shares are revoked by the SEC or they are moved to the OTC "graveyard" (Caveat Emptor (CE) or the Expert Market (EM)). Even when listed as CE or EM, some of those tickers still retain some value. However, buying or selling those stocks are generally very difficult with most Brokerages.
