OTC tickers don't go to "zero" unless shares are revoked by the SEC or they are moved to the OTC "graveyard" (Caveat Emptor (CE) or the Expert Market (EM)). Even when listed as CE or EM, some of those tickers still retain some value. However, buying or selling those stocks is generally very difficult or impossible with most retail Brokerages.
