while the FDA is ok with the External Controls, why don't we just ask them to grant us approval ahead of publishing trial results, lot of times that is the norm anyway. And I guess that is the path the Company has chosen now, which is really good for the Longs like me and my minions; because this way our investment is more secured away from the clutch of the short thugs, imo.
