I don't like quiet periods used this way any more than anyone does, but this isn't the first company I've seen that's done it. What they're doing is being done IAC rules they're following. In fact the company is in control of the TLD statement, they're not supposed to speak before it's revealed, and they feel that it's best for the company not to reveal TLD until the comprehensive results are available in a Journal.
It is a corporate decision that led to delaying TLD till the Journal, but I believe it was well founded in the belief in the way they've been attacked by shorts in the past. I think they've thought out how they intend to roll out all the news and believe we'll be well rewarded as their game plan plays out.
