Sure, it doesn't have to be. A lot of times it isn't, as you described. My impression is that very smart and experienced 3rd parties spelled out the best strategy to move forward and it included a quiet period. I'm okay with this path forward and see the logic in it. If you don't see the logic, I'm not trying to convince you. We will agree to disagree.
