Do you know if a peer review is required before submitting applications for expedited pathways?

I don't believe it is but could be wrong.

If not, applications for accelerated paths could have been submitted long ago to diff. reg bodies. Missling may not want to publicize just in case it is denied.

Hope, maybe, possible?
