I guess we are in agreement overall about the courts. The rulings with regard to shareholders have been consistently non-win. SCOTUS has maintained lower court rulings WRT to shareholder recompense.

If forced to guess, I would say SCOTUS views its mission primarily to find a way to maintain the common law framework without paying a penny to shareholders in the GSE lawsuits. SCOTUS did clarify some things in Collins that point to this.

It's hard to believe that folks still think this game is not over. SCOTUS was the last stop. There's a poster here that keeps on bothering me regarding my reference to "us" shareholders. Well I had been in this stock for nearly 9 years, following it everyday religiously, reading every post, following every message board..... so though I have sold all in November, it is still a 9 year habit to follow this stock religiously but I am waning myself off this nightmare one step at a time.

I said I'd get back at 70 cents to trade, the thing is at this point it is impossible to trade at such a narrow range. Also if this thing did hit 70 cents then something is not well and I'd rather not touch it at all.

We are all here to make money and this has been nothing but a mega loser in the last 9 years. All hopes have been dashed. When I entered this stock I was hoping this would be my children's college fund but that didn't happen then I thought this could be my mortgage pay off fund but that didn't happen. I went back to work in 2018 as I had a gut feeling that this was going nowhere. With my job I'm able to fund my children's college and planning on paying off my mortgage by summer time from my other stock gains. Luckily I own a stock that was bought at $85 in 2019 and is at nearly $500 now.

There are lots of stocks out there, it's a whole big world out there. Hang on to the end with what you can afford to lose during the meantime I hope y'all have a job that pays bills.
