Cutting the Russians off from the world economy is not just hoping, it is modern warfare

And a good one but it is still 'hoping' to make a dictator change course...It doesnt always work, Kim is a good example, Cuba.......Their people suffer but not the dictator, not at all...

No one thinks the Sanctions will make Putin stop..

The sanctions will not affect the military anytime soon either...The war itself will continue on,,,
