That's why this will be a buyout. All LP is doing with production ramp up, IMO, is trying to guarantee that the BP that buys them gets this to market. Meaning it will already be known and in production.

Yes, I do agree that NWBio will build out a core commercial team. It will be an orderly process, and it won’t happen overnight. I do believe it is too early to focus on that right now. The focus now is rightly on TLD, journal article publication and regulatory approvals.

In due time, it will be the right time to focus on building a commercial core.

Mav, that’s a good overview of what’s needed to turn this company into a commercial operation.

Right now NWBO does not look like an operating company. And it takes time to build the type of staff you describe; so that only leaves two possibilities: either a buyout or a JV whereby all the heavy lifting is carried by the JV partner - but even then the company as a JV partner would still need more robust staffing, and certainly a new slate of directors.

As further as this goes on without any visible changes at the company, the more likely this is an indication of a buyout.
