Unfortunately, doesn’t work that way in healthcare. You’d still need to build a strong & dynamic commercial team at NWBO to make it big. Lots of competing interest, politics, innovation, etc that you need to be mindful of. And that requires significant investment, know-how, and experience to succeed.
Just take the example that one of the posters gave a few days ago where one of the famous neuro oncology team few miles away from UCLA in Southern California didn’t know much about DCVAX and/or were using other platform for their clinical trial work. This is just one of the many things you will see in the real (healthcare) world, that are also well known to resist change. I have been living and breathing this world in various capacity for almost 20 years now!
