Well I was trying to figure out, what pressure Mark is under to get this done, and that seems to be the only pressure that I can think of.

( the interviewer said to Mark “you’re under a lot of pressure right now to get this going aren’t you?” and Mark said “correct”. )

I’m guessing Mark Smith would rather start construction and then have to deal with the addition to the REE’s

Elk Creek Resources letter to the NDEE requesting an extension, dated October 1st.....received by NDEE October October 4th, and posted on the NDEE website the same day....October 4th. They do not waste much time getting things posted to the website. Still no new postings.
