Ge11, Can you tell me where you saw the DATE written that original request for the air permit extension was POSTED on the NDEE web portal?

Just curious as I personally looked for it and could not find it. They don’t list when they post items any place on that site that I could find.

The letter was written on 10/1, and received by the NDEE on 10/4, but NO ONE noticed the letter until GrowthMindset posted #75478 on 10/13.

Doesn’t mean it wasn’t posted on 10/4, I’m thinking that letter was posted on the NDEE web portal a couple days later or during the next week, not on 10/4.

It wasn't posted on the 4th, lots of us were checking regularly. My observation is that a week after is average.
