EEGI - Sorry. My post should have said that it doesn't make "good standing" in the financials a lie. I used the word "current" mistakenly.

Wyoming SOS shows "good standing" with definitions.

Am I missing something? They have 2yrs to pay their tax owed, but it does say good standing.
