I would say that is a good hypothesis. Makes sense if they are getting funds, and it sounds like the exact areas that are in need of the broadband. (And most likely havw the fed budget for it)
Who knows without a PR. Not sure why they wouldn't, unless they are waiting for a commitment/contract this time.
I guess I would rather see that than another "speculative projected pr" vs actual deal. This could be a decent little deal too. Nothing like the other projects in the works, but couldn't hurt to get the sp north.
Speed Connect is the only reason we are holding .07/.08
We are due for several updates and the market knows it. Should run hard once all these projects come to fruition.
