No, he is wrong on that. The sublease is public.

They do have a manufacturing contract that is no more than that of any customer for dealing with a contract manufacturer (though on bad terms for one LP and good terms for the other LP). NWBO asserts (in SEC docs) the contract is substantially the same as that they had with a previous contract manufacturer.

I think you’re getting excited there and not making much sense to me. It’s a sublease, for a discrete amount of space, leased from an original lessee.

That is all it is at this point.

The contract manufacturing agreement is a quite straightforward commercial agreement with a lot of straightforward commercial terms.
