Incorrect. The ancillary agreement states that Advent must submit SOW's to NWBO for any work they want to do, and NWBO will approve that work. Also, the MSA states:

the Company is required to pay certain fees for dedicated production capacity reserved exclusively for DCVax production...whether or not the Company fully utilizes the dedicated capacity and number of patients

So no, they can't just go and use the facility for whatever they want as long as they meet the minimum. Exclusive use means you use it for nothing else.
