And to add on, the low interest Cambridge loan was done with Northwest, not Advent. Ex implies an awful lot of diabolical intent on the company’s (you know, “it”, lol!) part that they would take on this loan, and pay it off over the years, while only Advent reaped the benefits of the loan.
