You have no idea whether this is true. If you haven't seen the agreements you cannot assert this as fact. You are not privy to what the contracts look like.

Just because you did not bother to read the lease does not mean I did not.

How do you think I know the exact space leased?

As far as other contracts, Advent is still committed to provide specials at $5.1M/y for a few more months. That is it.
