I know you don't have any answers to those questions, no one does. That's the problem, PCT keeps its shareholders in the dark on a great many things they really have no reason to do so with, and sorry, but history says actors who act in such a way are concealing things that investors won't like. That's just common sense with pink otc penny stocks. That's business 101 and standard operating procedure for otc penny stocks like pctl.

. I don't have the answers, but I expect we should know more as things develop, which from I am seeing in Tutum's activity could be in either Q1 or Q2 filings (if not sooner). I don't pretend to have a grasp on how the UK company structure is set up or what it means for PCTL Shareholders.

I also agree it will end up somewhere between the extremes, but I think it's going to end up somewhere closer to worst case than best case and we'll no doubt fall well short of most of the perma long, PCT can do no wrong crowd's expectations.

As far as tutums developments, it really means nothing to PCT. In order, the impact will be felt the greatest by tutum, PCT Europe, and then pct. There's simply no way around it. And no one here knows just how badly pct has positioned themselves in that triad.
