Valid points/questions. I don't have the answers, but I expect we should know more as things develop, which from I am seeing in Tutum's activity could be in either Q1 or Q2 filings (if not sooner). I don't pretend to have a grasp on how the UK company structure is set up or what it means for PCTL Shareholders.

Some here assume the worst outcome, others the best outcome. I tend to think the truth will end up somewhere in the middle.
