BS!! NWBO owns those rights to those leasehold improvements and has the rights to enter them and dictate what goes on in them.

It is exactly as if one leases a house for 20 years, fixes up the garage and subleases that out for 20 years.

The garage belongs to the owner, and is it the sub-leasee who can use it. The middle guy has no use of the garage.

NWBO still has use of the rest of the "house". Alas that is 72K of shell space that is not the manufacturing space.
