CBB, What I understand on the 'philosophy and game' surrounding possible BO of a company like Amarin - is not to openly signal the wish to be sold.
Actually KM were asked a question about possible M & A - but avoided any comments that might indicate a direction in this regard. ------------------------------
What I heard experienced people say - is that BO is usually officially 'off the table' until it isn't.
Meaning to be considered a serious company in the market - you have to 'signal trust' in your direction right now.
Besides the depressing fact that SP has fallen rather dramatic with KM at the bridge - I do se him setting up the plans for expansion as a way to make Amarin a more organized and easy to expand Company - for potential BPs'.
Even the thoughts of BO is never mentioned in presentations - it still could very well be what all the layout of plans for expanding is also about. Signaling to potential buyers - we have 'done all the ground work' - making it easier and faster - to get in to the planed markets WW.
