I agree with MAV's post -- worse case about $330k payout, but Frank doesn't seem to think so and I don't blame him for fighting this! They had their chance when Frank sent out the notices prior to becoming Custodian & Owner of the JPEX SHELL! Take them out Mr. Frank the man!!!!

Yea those two -- HovenDICK and JPEX old CEO Caywood sure seems like they were loading themselves up with shares years ago ref an acquisition that never took place with Scorpex Inc. a waste company which was the supposed biz of JPEX Company. What an OTC company scam they were running! HovenDICK scam consulting services loading up on shares! Such lowlife scumbag OTC scam thieves!

100% agree john he has no case to collect anything after he let JPEX go dark and lose ownership via custodianship. The judge will vacate this in a matter of a few days. May God bless buddy.
