I agree with MAV's post -- worse case about $330k payout, but Frank doesn't seem to think so and I don't blame him for fighting this! They had their chance when Frank sent out the notices prior to becoming Custodian & Owner of the JPEX SHELL! Take them out Mr. Frank the man!!!!
Yea those two -- HovenDICK and JPEX old CEO Caywood sure seems like they were loading themselves up with shares years ago ref an acquisition that never took place with Scorpex Inc. a waste company which was the supposed biz of JPEX Company.
