The shares went to expansion. RXMD now has 5 locations serving a very large geography in Florida, has more than doubled its revenue to $40M, and is profitable. They accomplished that and they maintain a 5 star pharmacy rating and became SEC reporting!

Basic reason why companies goes public. They offers shares to raise capital to fund their growth. Never seen a company in OTC with so much favorable conversions. Keep trying. Lmao.
