marjac, I'm not familiar with the working of the SC, but assuming we file for a Writ of Certiorari on May 16, what is the process they follow to either grant or deny, and what is the timetable? will the "hearing" be scheduled or is it decided off the calendar? How many justices are involved in the decision?
