Duke, I am musing that they would both be assigned a third time, given the absurdity of them both being assigned a second time. I do not think that our case was treated or adjudged fairly, which is a shame.
In addition to the chances at Hikma that you mention, I am planning a couple of my own:
1) Petition for Certiorari to the Supreme Court.
2) Consumer Fraud Class Actin pending Dr. Mason's findings.
