I think the sole purpose of this is so AMRN can appeal the judges order dismissing plaintiffs complaint against Hikma.

“WHEREAS, the parties agree to severe plaintiffs claims against Hikmafrom the current case to permit entry of final judgement in Hikma’s favor and permit plaintiffs to appeal the Courts Order dismissing plaintiffs first amended complaint against Hikma.
This explains why we never saw an appeal from AMRN yet!
