The only thing Anders said that is reliable…is something I have said for a very long time, and I do not recall him saying it previously, that SELLING DCVax to patients, out of pocket in UK would not be legal if NWBO or the MHRA knew it was ineffective and like grapefruit juice. This is why such regulators exist, so as not to allow snake oil salesmen to rip off their citizens with fake cures.
I have said this numerous times in multiple ways.
The part he said about already filing for approval, well, he says he “believes” it and many do. But it was not a factual statement but a statement of belief and it does not have to be true for them to sell under the specials program.
Definitely is something many believe, but there is nothing particularly uniquely special about Bigger’s tweet there that suggests inside information. I think, honestly, it shows maybe he’s not that much more informed than anyone else and is just looking at statements that make sense and the reality is, selling a product that everyone already “knew” was ineffective would be a big problem. It would not, IMHO be happening in my opinion. It would be a huge legal issue. Deductively, therefore, it is a huge hint that a lot of false speculation that the drug failed, which has suppressed the price, is likely completely false.
Doesn’t mean we know TLD yet or have any info on the final results, but based on past understanding to this point, such speculation deductively is unlikely to be true or the MHRA would never be sitting back and watching such a drug be sold for great amounts of money to the citizens of the UK. Just would not happen, it would be fraud, and they’d have intervened by now, not licensed a brand spanking new factory with full knowledge of its primary purpose.
