Smells to me like the merger will be abandoned and TMTG will remain private, institute a subscription fee, amid the extra scrutiny from the SEC on the potential SPAC guideline violations. I think he’s just gonna skim what he can using announcements and launches and whatnot while it remains under the DWAC symbol and bail. There’s been plenty of announcements and zero mention of further merger details. IMO they’re using this soft launch and the eventual hard launch to determine approximate user counts from which they can reasonably estimate how many of those users would pay a sub fee in the future in order to price the whole private company for sale eventually. Why would he enrich anyone but himself?
