I would guess that no President since LBJ is better prepared to move legislation through Congress. You have your dead enders but it's a process and experience is important.
Biden's playing the long-ish game, he's playing it patiently, and your timeframe to hear something is mostly irrelevant.
I don't buy that Manchin operated in good faith because that 'faith' is tainted by his contemptuous remarks about his own constituents and by his obvious conflicts of interest between his contributors needs and the needs of the majority of West Virginians.
