I don't buy that Manchin operated in good faith because that 'faith' is tainted by his contemptuous remarks about his own constituents and by his obvious conflicts of interest between his contributors needs and the needs of the majority of West Virginians.

Hey, was there ever a Bill proposed by Manchin to help fight WV's, and the nation's, opioid epidemic?
