FWIW, I still think the trial is a failure. I have always had on open mind as to DCVax-L actually working.

Your view puts the FDA in the awkward position of not approving for technical reasons a treatment that works and could save thousands. Ask anyone with GBM if they are happy to be denied a treatment that could save their life because of a miss on some technicality. If this really sums up the situation, I think that the FDA will succumb to the pressure to approve! With any luck even Biden with his cancer moon shot will not be happy to have a working treatment with little side effect languish for some technicality.
