It is my understanding that the bridge financing was for KOTA.
Meaning they are in financial dire straits and really needs $PHIL buyout money.
So how indebted KOTA really is? How bigvisbtge loan burden of the company $PHIL is buying? Hopefully audit will answer these questions.
