I am absolutely certain that if we had a linguistics expert listening to the opposing lawyer, they would have heard telltale indications of subterfuge. One thing I wish Marjac could have said is that the opposing side was counting on the dismissal because of Standing so they wouldn’t be cornered into explaining the inexcusable. BUT I trust this will shine through in his briefings.
