abe - They wont sell the drug under expanded access. They (anavex) possibly will apply to have "direct" costs covered, ie; manufacturing the drug. 3rd party insurance companies will not need to cover anything and any direct costs will need to be paid by the patient, which should be extremely low and affordable. IMO, I dont think Anavex will apply to have these direct costs reimbursed, they will probably look at providing the drug for free as a good faith investment.
