Hi Doc, possible but small companies like this are usually not targets directly. They may have a domestic company that wants the tech and a sovereign wealth fund might help as funding for a takeover, but I don’t see them in the same context. Traders are typically going to know if a sovereign wealth fund has a position and most are not going to be dabbling at this level. It would be like drinking water out of a pinkie thimble.
