I don't get it. I have always believed IkeEsqs transcripts to be made meticulously from audio recordings because of the details.
And now there are "rules" as to how one is allowed to interpret stuff said?
Retailers ask questions, and the board answers.
If the board is only there to randomly state words, that one can not use afterwards, because it is not appropriate to believe that what was stated, was literally meant, IF the transcript was not officially made, well ... then lets by all means erase what we know of these ASM meetings.
