Thank you. I am sure the post of what the shareholder understood was said was made in good faith. I have no reason to believe that deceit of any kind was intended. However, even a trained professional can make an error (one reason that the minutes of meetings have to be approved at the next meeting of a board etc.). A (presumably) untrained notetaker who is excited about what they are hearing could make a mistake.

If they are operating off of a legally made recording, then the solution would be to put the recording online and let people judge for themselves, with the homebrewed transcript being a quick reference document and one that can be verified by checking the recording if there are doubts. If the recording was not legally made, then it should be used, period, not even to inform an unofficial transcript.
