It wasn’t his fault. It was the fault of the company. They even cited an internal investigation. Shareholders never saw anything. I believe what they found was just used by the attorneys to defend them. They have been far from transparent and that is a fact. So many years ago we will never know the facts. As far as Black’s participation/ He probably just agreed with the rest of the board to only fight back in court. It is no skin off of any board member if the share price goes down. They get cheaper shares as payment. Especially a new board member.
